Dough: Ground Durum Wheat, Water, Eggs, Dried Spinach. Filling: Ricotta Cheese (whey, Milk, Cream, Vinegar, Salt), Wheat Flour, Romano Cheese (cultured Pasteurized Part Skim Cow’s Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Water, Parmesan Cheese (cultured Pasteurized Part-skim Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Canola Oil, Skim Milk, Salt, Organic Parmesan Cheese Paste ([organic Cultured Part-skim Milk, Salt, Enzymes], Water, Sodium Phosphate, Enzymes), Yeast, Cream Powder, Sugar, Spices, Sunflower Oil, Natural Flavor.
Prep
Boil: Cooking Instructions1. Open package and add pasta with 1 tablespoon olive oil to 5 quarts boiling water.2. Reduce heat and boil gently for 7 minutes, stir frequently.3. Drain water and serve with Buitoni® sauce.Cook thoroughly. Ensure product reaches internal temperature of 160ºF. If frozen, cook using instructions above.Perfect in: Soup with Italian sausage & tomatoes.Must be kept refrigerated.
