Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.Bake: Cook to 165°FRoasting DirectionsRead all directions before roasting. Do not use microwave. The roasting bag may peel open along the seam during roasting. 375°F oven1. Preheat oven to 375°F. No need to thaw. Just remove frozen turkey breast from outer plastic bag. Do not puncture or remove the inner roasting bag.2. Place frozen turkey breast on rack in roasting pan, with the front label facing up. Do not cover. Roast in center of oven. Approximate roasting time is 1¾–2¼ hours. Browning occurs without basting.3. Check internal temperature during final half hour by inserting thermometer into thickest part of turkey breast. Remove from oven when internal temperature reaches 165°F.4. Allow turkey breast to cool in bag for 20 minutes. In meantime, prepare gravy per packet directions. Peel open bag, lift out turkey breast.
