Prep
For Food Safety and Quality, Follow the Cooking Directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degree F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave Directions: 1. Place pouch on microwavable plate. Cut small slit in center. 2. Microwave on high according to chart until thoroughly cooked. 3. Let stand 1 minute. Caution Hot! Cut off end of pouch; empty spinach into serving dish. Spoon remaining spinach from pouch. Stir. Microwave Wattage: 1200; Time on High: 6 to 7 minutes. Microwave Wattage: 1000; Time on High: 7 to 8-1/2 minutes. Microwave Wattage: 700; Time on High: 9-1/2 to 10 minutes. Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended. Stove Top Directions: Important: Do not heat pouch in boiling water. Empty contents of pouch into 2-quart saucepan. Add 1 tablespoon water. Cover; cook over medium heat 9 to 13 minutes, breaking up and stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked. Drain.Keep frozen.
