Cooking Instructions: Achieve best results by thawing 8-12 hours (or overnight) in refrigerator. Thaw quickly by placing sealed fish under cold running water 5-10 minutes. Prepare fish when thawed; do not refreeze thawed fish. Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Remove fish from packaging and place on baking sheet. Bake 20-22 minutes on middle rack of oven, and until 145 degrees F. Let rest 2 minutes and serve. Grilling and stovetop cooking are not recommended for this product. Care is taken to remove bones. However, some may escape detection. Use reasonable care with this product. Fillets are individually vacuum-packed for convenience and freshness. Keep frozen. Important: Keep frozen until used.
