Your name, email, phone number, rental address, arrival date, order contents, and any notes or preferences you share. If your order includes alcohol, we may collect a photo of your government-issued ID for age verification.
How we use it
To shop for and deliver your order, coordinate access with your property management company, contact you about substitutions, process payment, and send order updates. With your permission, we may send occasional service emails about upcoming trips.
Who we share it with
Only the people and services needed to complete your order: your assigned shopper, our payment processor, and your property management company when access coordination is required. We do not sell your information.
ID verification
ID images are used only to confirm you are 21 or older for alcohol orders. They are stored securely and deleted after your order is delivered.
Payment information
Card details are handled by our payment processor. We never store full card numbers on our systems.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart, plus basic analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising trackers.
Data retention
Order history is kept so you can reorder and so we can support you. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.
Your choices
You can view and update your details in your account, unsubscribe from emails with one click, or email support@theloadedkitchen.com to request a copy or deletion of your data.
Children
Our service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
